In the videotape for teenagers you will hear the stories of five teens whose parents have had cancer.

T.J., a 15 year old boy whose mother is being treated for breast cancer.

Bethany, age 18 and Dalyn, age 22, sisters whose mother was treated for lung cancer.

Courtney, a 14 year old girl whose mother was treated for breast cancer.

Alex, a 17 year old boy whose father is being treated for colon cancer.

The teens talk individually and as a group about their feelings and experiences of dealing with their parent's cancer. These kids share both the things that were most difficult and some of the strategies they felt helped them to cope successfully. The teens describe how facing the challenge of having a parent with cancer helped them grow and learn to take responsibility. The kids describe how talking with other kids whose parents have cancer helped them realize they were not alone.

The teen video is 30 minutes in length and is presented in standard VHS format.
